Our role is solely to evaluate compliance with EPA and FIFRA requirements.

Organizational Conflicts

PCCB as an organization maintains independence by:

  • •Not accepting funding or sponsorship from pesticide manufacturers or distributors
  • •Operating on a fee-for-service model based on uniform certification fees
  • •Prohibiting contingency-based or outcome-based compensation arrangements
  • •Maintaining separate financial accounting for all certification activities

Enforcement

Violations of this Conflicts of Interest Policy may result in:

  • •Immediate removal from the certification review
  • •Disciplinary action up to and including termination
  • •Invalidation of certifications issued under conflict conditions
  • •Reporting to relevant regulatory authorities if warranted
